How it works:
- Choose your car: Purchase any vehicle from Trust Motors during the promo period.
- Deal locked in: Once the paperwork is confirmed, your spin is officially secured.
- Spin at collection or delivery: When you collect your vehicle (or when we deliver it), you’ll spin the wheel with our team. (If you purchased from another city, we’ll spin the wheel for you and send you the video proof directly.)
- Claim your prize: Prizes are awarded on the spot or included with your delivery.

Q: Who can spin?
Anyone who purchases a vehicle during the promo period. One spin per vehicle purchased.
Q: When do I spin?
At handover, when you collect the vehicle (or as scheduled with our team).
Q: Can I send someone else to spin for me?
Yes, you can nominate a representative in writing before handover. Bring ID. See T&Cs.
Q: Can I swap my prize?
Prizes are not transferable and not redeemable for cash unless stated. See T&Cs for exceptions required by NZ law.
Q: What if I can’t attend handover during the 21 days?
No problem, contact us to arrange a spin within 3 days of the handover date or spin the wheel for you and send you the video proof directly.
Q: Do you have a list of all prizes?
Yes, quantities, values and any restrictions are set out in the T&Cs.
TERMS & CONDITIONS - TRUST MOTORS "SPIN & WIN" PROMOTION
Promotion period: 1st December 2025, 8:30am NZT – 21st December 2025, 6:00pm NZT (21 days)
1. Promoter
The promoter is Trust Motors Limited ("Promoter"), 10 Norman Spencer Drive, Papatoetoe, Auckland, New Zealand ("Trust Motors").
2. Eligibility
2.1 Entry is open to New Zealand residents aged 18+ who purchase a vehicle from Trust Motors during the Promotion Period.
2.2 Exclusions: employees, contractors and immediate families of the Promoter, and any associated agencies/suppliers directly involved in the promotion.
2.3 The Promoter may request valid photo ID and proof of purchase to verify eligibility.
3. How to Enter & Spins
3.1 One (1) spin is awarded per vehicle purchase completed during the Promotion Period.
3.2 Spins occur at vehicle handover at Trust Motors, or at delivery if the vehicle is being transported to the customer. 3.3 For customers purchasing from another city, Trust Motors will record a video of the spin on their behalf and provide it directly to the customer. If the purchaser cannot attend, they may nominate a representative in writing at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled spin. The representative must present ID at handover.
3.4 No additional purchase is required to participate beyond the qualifying vehicle purchase.
4. The Prize Wheel & Outcomes
4.1 The wheel contains multiple segments representing specific prize outcomes or prize tiers.(limited quantity for each prize)
4.2 The pointer/clicker must come to rest unassisted.
4.3 Where the pointer rests between two segments, the Promoter’s representative will determine the valid prize at their discretion or ask to spin again
5. Prizes
5.1 Prizes consist of items or credit vouchers as detailed on the wheel or in associated promotional materials.
5.2 Total prize pool value is approximately NZD $6000
5.3 Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash, except where required by law.
5.4 Prizes must be claimed at handover unless otherwise specified.
6. General Conditions
6.1 By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these T&Cs.
6.2 The Promoter’s decision is final and binding in all matters relating to this promotion.
6.3 The Promoter reserves the right to:
- substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a prize is unavailable.
- modify, suspend or terminate the promotion for reasons beyond its control;
- verify entries and disqualify any participant who tampers with the process or breaches these terms.
6.4 The Promoter is not liable for any technical, printing, or human errors or for any injury, loss or damage (direct or indirect) related to the promotion or any prize.
7. Publicity & Privacy
7.1 By accepting a prize, participants agree that Trust Motors may use their name, photo, video and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation.
7.2 Personal information is collected for administering this promotion and will be handled in accordance with Trust Motors’ Privacy Policy.
