    The VX was in good all round condition for its age. Powerful and smooth to drive. The gear shift is smooth ( 5 speed manual ) The acceleration is great and the stopping power awesome. It is very direct in its steering and hugs the road well. The Port Hills were no problem (either the assent, descent or any of the corners) The VX is a joy to drive. It has reasonable fuel economy for a large family saloon... depending on how you drive it of course.
